Fruit of an ancient recipe, handed down from generation to generation, Don Vito's Sicilian Caponata is made with scrupulously selected natural and genuine ingredients. Pieces of fried aubergines, seasoned with tomato puree, capers, celery and olives, all characterized by a unique sweet-and-sour taste.

COMBINATIONS: The Sicilian Caponata is a very respectable appetizer, but if you want to use it as a second course it is ideal with grilled meat or fish.

INGREDIENTS: Eggplant, tomato sauce, celery, onion, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, olives, capers, wine vinegar, sugar, salt.
