Fior di Peperoncino is a typical Sicilian fresh Caciotta, with soft and compact dough, more crumbly in the center of the shape. White in color, with medium-sized holes and thin crust, covered with chilli pepper. The taste is sweet, with a very slight acidic, slightly aromatic vein.

Excellent sweet and spicy at the same time. 300 gr round shapes about vacuum. Produced with raw milk from breeding owned by Italian brown cows, located in Cammarata (Ag), in the Sicani Mountains, with a completely artisan procedure.

Shipments will be made from the premises of Tratti di Sicilia at the beginning of each week to avoid stocks in the courier's warehouses, the production lot and vacuum perfection will be checked to ensure maximum freshness.

COMBINATIONS: Fior di Peperoncino, being a fresh cheese, can be served as an aperitif accompanied by salami, jams and pickles or for the preparation of first and second courses.
