Caciotta Fresca

The Caciotta Fresca is a compact spun cheese, typical Sicilian, white in color that tends to straw with the protraction of time as well as the crust. It has a sweeter taste when it is fresh and more pronounced if seasoned. Each piece weighs about 500 g vacuum-packed.

Produced with raw milk from breeding owned by Italian brown cows, located in Cammarata (Ag) in the Sicani Mountains, with a completely artisan procedure.

Shipments will be made from the premises of Tratti di Sicilia at the beginning of each week to avoid stocks in the courier's warehouses, the production lot and vacuum perfection will be checked to ensure maximum freshness.

COMBINATIONS: Caciotta Fresca is a cheese that can be enjoyed with fresh fruit, bread and cold cuts. It will pair with jams and jams with a sour taste or aftertaste. Try it absolutely also accompanied by the excellent balsamic vinegar.
