The Ricotta salata, is a ricotta with a typical Sicilian compact dough, without rind, with a pleasantly salty and persistent taste. Each formine weighs about 350 g. A unique and tasty taste that will give character to your dishes!

Obtained from raw milk coming from owned farms located in the territory of Cammarata (Ag) in the Sicani Mountains, of brown Italian cows, with a completely artisan process.

Shipments will be made from the premises of Tratti di Sicilia at the beginning of each week to avoid stocks in the courier's warehouses, the production lot and vacuum perfection will be checked to ensure maximum freshness.
